Company ‚Vijana‘  offers Lithuanian food producers highly-functional vegetable fibers, produced in Italian company ‘Campus Spa’.

Innovative system for natural polysaccharides extraction and concentration has allowed Campus to create a new range of vegetable fibers (mainly based on potato raw materials) with outstanding functionalities. While cellulose-based traditional fibers only absorb some water, these new fibers create a matrix and a cold-gel where the water is trapped in a stable way. 

Outstanding water binding: from 5 to 25 times!
